Patient Account Services partners each hospital's admissions, or front office operations, with a centralized business office, or back office, operations.  By working together as a team, we ensure that with each patient admission, we gather accurate, complete information that will help achieve accurate, efficient billing and collection of patient accounts, whether it be through managed care, government or private pay resources.

There are 10 regional Patient Account Service Centers located across the country- 8 that focus on managed care and government accounts and 2 (National Patient Account Services) that focus on private pay, worker's compensation and commercial accounts.
